They say "love makes the world go round"
Do you suppose it's true?
I guess it must be, otherwise,
Where would be I and you?

It was for love God made the world:
The trees, the plants, and sea.
Not even animals or fish
Were perfect company.

So from the earth, He made a man
And woman to confide.
He showed the love He had for them
By walking by their side.

All of this was soon to change
When a snake did appear.
He deceived the both of them
And got them out of there.

But God showed his unfailing love
By dying on a cross.
If it was not for this act
The world be be a loss.
