I have attended St. Peter's church ever since I was a child. Apparently, when I was three, I said, "I can go to Sunday School now!" I never really left until I started Uni, as I helped Dad with the running of the Sunday school when he took over. I was about 13 at the time.
Sunday school was always involved in the church services, joining in after their own teaching had finished. They also take part in some of the services, particularly the annual flower festival held near St. Peter's day (29th June).
St. Peter's is a small, friendly, anglican (-episcopalian) church set in the middle of the farming village of West Row. A growing number of both adults and children attend the services, about 20 of each of at the last count.
The services include a mixture of traditional and modern songs and hymns. We are always pleased to welcome new people into the church, including the many American's who attend whilst based at RAF Mildenhall.
We are linked to a church in Dragalina, Romania and recently visited them.
Our last vicar Michael recently went 'home'. Feel free to read my tribute to him.
