"Who is Kailua, anyway?" asks Leorio. "She is my friend, she is pretty, heheh, maybe you two would fall for her, and the 'triangle love' war is started." says Kaoru. "Tri-- triangle love?" asks Killua. "Yu~p!" "She is your friend?" asks Kurapica, her face looks like she was remembering something. "Hahahahaha, so, you still remember it, Kurapica? Yeah, she is my friend, she moved here from Okinawa three days ago." "Oooh." "Apaan lu, 'oh-oh'an!" (somewhere country language, it means 'what do you mean by 'oh'?!') "Don't be that harsh, we forgot." "Hehehehehehehe," "C'mon, the party starts at eight o'clock!" says Kurapica, staring her watch. They run to Kailua's house.

"Welcome!" says Kailua cheerfully, when they arrived at her house. "Hello," says Killua. "Uh, hello," says Kailua, slightly blushing. "Wow, she is pretty." whispered Leorio.

"Hey, Gon, see? Leorio fall for her!" whispered Kaoru to Gon. "Yeah, but what happened to her?" "She has a crush on Killua, long, long ago." "Tell me the tales, that to me were so dear... long, long ago... long, long ago.." Gon starts to sing. (You know, that 'Long, Long Ago' song?)

"Gon.. Oh well, but after she knows that Killua already has a girlfriend, she asks me to invite 'Killua's girlfriend' to her house." "So?" "She wants to see is Kurapica pretty or not," "But Kurapica is pretty!" "I said that to her, but she insists, she wants to know how Kurapica looked like,"

"Hello," Kurapica greeted Kailua, nicely. "Hello, are you Kurapica?" "Yes, why?" "Kaoru told me much about you, and I think, she tells the truth," "Oh," "Well, don't just stand here, come in!" So they went in. The room is dark, and a classic music was heard in the room. "Huh?" "This is a prom," explains Kailua. "Oh," "Well, get your partner now, otherwise..." "Otherwise?" "You wouldn't get a partner." "Okay."

Kailua went to the corner, to drink some water. "Happy birthday Kailua," Kaoru kissed Kailua's cheek. "She's so pretty, I can't beat her," "Don't be that pessimistic, you'll find a good guy for sure!" says Kaoru, comforting Kailua. Kailua smiled at her, and Leorio comes. "Will you dance with me, Miss?" "No, thanks, I'll stay here with Kaoru," "Oh," Leorio left.

"Gon, who will be your partner?" asks Kurapica. "I dunno. Maybe I will stay alone," "Oh," "Kurapica..." "What?" "She didn't gets it," thought Killua. "Would you like to dance with me?" says Killua, extending his hand. "O-- okay," says Kurapica, grabbing his hand, and they went to the hall, dancing.

"Leorio?" asks Gon. "Yea, why?" "Why you are here?" "You?" "I didn't have a partner," "Me too," Meanwhile, the music changes, Kailua is playing the piano, while Kaoru stands beside her. "Why don't we ask them?" suggests Gon. "I already do it," "Then?" "Argh, you didn't get it?! If she agree, she will be dancing with me now!" "Oh yea, I forgot, how about Kaoru?" "Are you crazy? She dressed like a boy, shirt and pants! How can we dance with her? You want everybody think you're a gay?!" "Why?" "Because they'll think you're dancing with a guy!" "But, she's not a guy!" "Dressed like a boy!!" "Oh," "So, just sit here and watch Killua and Kurapica," "Okay,"

After playing a song, Kailua went to the corner. "Do you feel hungry?" she asked. "A bit," Kaoru answers. "We didn't dance at all, why don't we go to the kitchen to search for something to eat?" "That's a great idea, c'mon!"

Killua and Kurapica are dancing gracefully. "Hey, you never told me that you're a good dancer," says Killua. "You too," replies Kurapica. "You looked so pretty tonight, but I didn't know you have that dress, I never saw you wear I before," "Of course, this is Kaoru's dress," "Huh? I think she hasn't any dress." "This is her only dress," "Oh,"

Leorio and Gon were drinking juices. "The juices are great! Wonder how they make it!" "Yeah!" "Killua and Kurapica, they're so compatible," "You've said it," "I say it again," "Hehehe,"

"Kurapica... who's pendant is that?" "Oh, this is Kaoru's. She's so lucky, I like this pendant." says Kurapica. "Oh,"

After the party, they went home. They arrived at home, Kurapica went to her room. "Kaoru," "What?" "Where do you buy that pendant?" "Err, I don't know, that is a present from Kailua. Better you ask her," "Okay, I'll ask her tomorrow."
