Card Based Tool

Card/Page based tools are authoring systems which organizes multimedia elements as pages of a book or a stack of cards. It can be put to best use when the bulk of multimedia content that can be view individually. The hyperlinks provided by the system enable user to browse in a non-linear manner.Examples are ToolBook and MediaObject.
