Using Dr. Robert F. Mager's principles of Criterion Referenced Instruction and Instructional Module Development, CRA designs training to meet your needs based upon a detailed analysis. CRA also provides training consulting and other consulting services.

Sound principles of instructional design, years of experience, and a Master of Science degree in Instructional Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, enables Vincent to design and deliver management, service, sales, and soft skills training to meet the needs of today's changing workforce.
