Swiftback Scones:
Cake mix, preferably vanilla
honey
1. Follow directions on package of cake mix, but bake in cup cake trays.
Fill each tray about half full.
2. While still hot, pour honey over them.
3. My favorite direction: eat!
Redwall Woodland Nut n' Berry Cake

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Beat until soft: 1/2 cup of butter
Add to butter: 1 cup sugar
Blend butter and sugar until...erm...relatively creamy.
Beat in: 6 eggs
In another bowl, combine: 1 cup raisins, 1 cup currants, and 1 cup pecans
Sprinkle lightly with flour
Mix butter mixture with dry mixture.
Combine: 2 cups plain bread crumbs, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon
ground cloves, 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice.
Stir these ingredients into the other mixture.  Bake in a buttered pan for
30 minutes.
Warrior’s Dish
Ingredients:
½ a regular can of beans, or one cup, they’re both the same
½ tsp. chicken bullion
½ cup rice
½ cup water
½ cup cheese
½ tsp. chili powder
Other spices that you like
Directions:
1. Mix all but cheese in one dish. Stir.
2. Cook in microwave for 5 minutes.
3. Add cheese. Stir.
4. Eat
P.S. This is also good when you toast two slices of sourdough (or your favorite type of bread), butter it and put the dish in between the two.
