As explained throughout this website, we at Russian Romance promote personal matchmaking tours as the best solution for you to find your true love. In accordance with this, while most services are provided for free with the tour, there are other details you may wish some assistance with. Please contact us for all pricing, which if not free will be very reasonably priced.

Visas
All participants in foreign tours require a valid passport and in most cases an entrance visa. Details on obtaining an entrance visa are available through your national consulate (click here for Canadian Consulate). We can arrange to send you an official invitation for a very small fee.

In the event that visa refusal causes tour delay or cancellation, deposit fees for booked tours are not refundable. For this reason, we recommend you to obtain your visa before booking a tour date.

Insurance
We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering accident, medical, baggage and trip cancellation. We are currently in the process of reviewing options to provide you with a list of recommendations. This is NOT included in your tour package.

Airfares
Please note that airfares are NOT included with your tour package, and this is your additional cost and responsibility. We are available for assistance if needed.

Flower Delivery

If you wish to send flowers, teddy bears, or other gifts to your sweetheart, you can make arrangements through us at a fraction of what most other companies charge. 

Phonecalls
After many emails, you may wish to add something to your relationship by corresponding over the phone. We can arrange for your connection to occur over a reasonably reliable phone line and with an interpreter present. Contact us for details.
