Here's a few show results for 2002:Leader (CH Firefly Lead Follow Or Get, CGC, HIC) started off the year with a bang winning 8 straight Best of Breed wins and a group 4. We showed him as a special for 5 months, and he quickly earned 122 breed points which was enough to keep him in the top ten ACDs for the year, even though his last show was in June! Tyler (CH Firefly's Fit T'Be Tied, CGC, HIC, Am/Can CD, QW) finished his Championship early in the year, then went on to finish both is American and Canadian Companion Dog obedience titles. He also earned High Scoring ACD at the Canadian National and Regional specialties in 2 of the 4 trials. Kitty (CH Firefly's ANJ Here Kitty Kitty) finished her CH title with 4 major wins and multiple BOW/BOS wins from the bred-by exhibitor class. Fanny (CH Firefly's Kiss My Six, CD, CGC, HIC, QW) finished her American CD, and her littersister: Flame (CH Firefly Caution-Flammable, CGC, HIC, CD, QW) also finished her CD as well. Special thanks to her owner, Michael Stetler, and handler, Kris Bumstead. Rosie (CH Firefly Code Name Red Roses, CD, CDX, Can CD, asca CD, U-CD, QW, CGC, HIC) finished her United Kennel Club CD title with a first place, and 2 second places. With that first place win she also won High In Trial! with a score of 198.5 Guy (Firefly's Hear No Evil, CGC, HIC) earned a leg on his United Kennel Club title. We are exceptionally proud of Guy, he's our deaf ACD! Jesse (CH Firefly's Daredevil, CGC) our Toy Manchester Terrier, finished his CH title in March, and his son from his first litter finished his CH title in September! Ruffy (CH Call Me Red Rough And Ready) finished his CH title very quickly from the puppy classes. He's now living with friends who use him to chase Geese off the local golf course. What a perfect job for a cattledog! |
