Description: So this sounds pretty freaky but the (oh geez
somebody stop me, I'm going to laugh)...collar is a very strong device. Strapped around one's neck it turns the person into a wolf-like creature with wolf-like speed and canine tactics, plus the ability to use the ice element. There are several techniques the user can do, depending on his/her ability:
1. The simplest is where the user can blow cold air
towards the enemy (very freaky but try fighting when you're shivering and you'll see how this works).
2. In the second technique, the user can shoot sharp
icicles toward the enemy.
3. The 3rd technique is where the user shoots a beam
towards something, freezing it in its tracks.
4. The 2nd most powerful and effective weapon. If
strong and capable enough the user will have the ability to call up to five ice wolves, acting in as a pack. All these wolves will have the same abilities as the original user has but will think and act differently. Be weak and they will turn against you.
5. The ultimate technique and the only one with a
name: Fuyu. As the name it turns everything within a 1-mile radius into a winter wonderland, freezing everyone unprepared.
If the user is weak or the device does not like the user it will turn him/her into a wolf without powers...FOR LIFE.
If the user is capable enough and the device has chosen him/her as its master, when it is removed, the user will turn back
into a human.

It's an armband (like the Fuujin, just that it looks like Joker's Taishaku) but with an orb in the center.
1st ability, Temporal Acceleration: When activated, the device greatly accelerates the rate at which time passes for the user,up to a 1:86'400 ratio, which means that for every 1 second which passes for the wearer, 1 DAY(86400 seconds!) passes for everything outside the device's influence.The wearer sees everything as being frozen stiff (hey, everyone is moving at 1/86400th of your speed!), but he can move
normally.
2nd ability, Temporal Deceleration: This is the exact opposite of the first ability. It
can reduce the rate of time flow around a target by a factor of 86400:1, in other words 1 day for 1 second, except that 1 day for the target passes like 1 second. This makes it great for imprisoning people and preserving food.
The TM (sounds like Pokemon, eh?) drains a lot of
energy per use, and comes with its own retractable wristblade, that can penetrate any material.

Description: This psychic device is kinda neat. There are actually two forms of this device. The first form is a green orb. A psychic device master utilises the first form like the Paper Animator. It can make an axe, or anything out of the elements. The second form is like Fuko's God of Wind. This is the true form of the Blade. Once in it's true form, it can never be detached from the arm (neither the diamond-shaped
orb) and can make an indestructible blade or weapon out of the elements (maybe even clone a psychic device!). Anyway, it is powerful.

Description: Like Ensui, it's basically a sword. However, the
difference is, this sword does not always have to remain with the owner all the time. To put it simply, the owner can summon the sword, no matter where it is. The sword took the energy from the air or wind and a transparent blade appears. The sword is capable of cutting attacks into half (like Recca's flames go sideways) or it is also capable of sending kenki of wind, cutting enemies down. There is also a permanent form if the
owner can't bear to separate himself or herself from the fuujinken. It changes form into a armband which looks darn like Fuujin, thus causing confusion. The different is, it only has one cloudy white gemstone in the central. But then, the uses is entirely different from Fuujin. It is still used as a sword, as a transparent blade is drew out from the same
way as the sword-form in the central (place where the middle of the Demon Claw came out from Fuujin). Uses is same as in the sword-form, just to see which is more comfortable with the owner.

Description: The 'Angel Star' is an orb pendent that can summon a
bright light to blind the opponent. The light depends on the mood and ki of the user. For example a light that rivals that of the sun indicates an envious, yet strong user. Also, after a blinding light is cast, an illsusion of an angel, glowing with the color of the light, will appear to distract the oppoenent. while the user can use this time to attack the rival. Tenchi Hoshi is also able to preform attacks, by generating heat, or expending the user's energy and making the Angel solid enough
to attack. A smart combination woud be with Tokiya's ensui, and have the Angel to attack with it, or Fuuko's Fujin and use the wind attack while distracting the enemy. Though, it is not very affective against a fire master, because of the obvious reson, pertaining to fact heat and light are given off with fire.

A squarish mirror with frames which resembles ice,
not to mention the fact that it's cold to the touch and exuded icy air around it. It is a very unnoticeable small mirror, for it is as big as a pendant hanging on a necklace. Ice Mirror in this case hangs from a silver neck-chain. The Ice Mirror is a high level psychic device. It has three uses. The first is when the opponent attacks, the mirror will form an ivory-white barrier which will block the attack. However, the barrier is actually an reflector which reflects all attacks back to the
opponent. The second use is that the user of the Ice Mirror can create around eight or nine 'reflections of himself' and attack the opponent. The reflections are so real that even the injuries become real. The third is the most dangerous. It happens when the opponent looks straight into the mirror and falls into a state of sub-consciousness where he will face his other self. Then they will fight. If the opponent lose to his other self, he will either die or become insane.
P.S. This Psychic Device can be used for both defensive and offensive purposes. Thus, it is no clear whether it is good or
evil but I will put it as 'Good' yet.

While the victim (opponent) is dazed and unwary, the bearer may use the diamond to emit a sparkly blue lazer that can cut virtually anything in half(including the opponent.)
The preferred wearer of this device is a girl, since if a boy wore it(like Recca) they would be forever teased and called a "fag" by his classmates/friends.
The last use of this amulet, is changing the form of the bearer or victim for a temporary period of time.(The form-change can be undone with the words, "Baka Hentai!!") This may be used for both offensive and deffensive purposes.

The device has the charicter (kanji) for "storm" and can controle many aspects of weather, includeing cosmic weather.
But before doing all of that there are simple techniques one must master before being allowed full use of thise device's
higher nature.
1) Tsunami Rage - creates a small hurrican force wind with water mixed in.
2) Avalanche Pounding - an earth/ice attack that forms ice upon rocks of any shape and causes them to be thrown with great force by the user him/her self.
3) Shifted Space - causes comets/metorites to fall toward an enemy at break neck speeds.
4) Chi-Flow Rainbow - creates a large rainbow colored plasma beam that can be used to burn someone to a crisp or stun a
person with the intense bright light.
5) Cold Shadows - a very intresting effect, causes
shadow fingures or tenticles to come from the device and
slither/crawl/move in and around an area freezeing all that it touches.
6) Jigoku Flame - a strong fire storm that litterly rains down gobs of lava, fire, and intense heat. (not useful against
Flame Masters)
7) Tendou Wind - a strong wind and tornado effect.
(Only rivaled by the Fuujin)
8) Omega - the ablity to summon forth the device's
truer nature...which grants the user total control over weather
patterns and celestial events.
Note: The user of this device must have an extreamly strong will and most likely should meditate or practice some form of buddisim. The reason is without a clear mind one can not obtain a clear goal and thus the device is very useless.

Description: A glove that can produce a set of five fingure claws. The round crystal on the glove has a charicter (Kanji) for "extream pain". The device produces the claws and then the claws can be used as either close range combat or shoot each one of the claws off and use them like needles to stab enimes. The device however has another effect, when worn longer then two hours the person wearing is becomes consumed with deep hate for everything liveing. They in turn will attempt to kill everything in their path and will not stop till the glove is removed or they themselves are killed. Hence the name "demon" on the claw.

Description:A small multi-coloured blob like ball that swallows
plots leaving people missing, quests forgotten and sudden character changes that can not be scientifically explained. This insidious device at times acts on its own and needs constant supervision to be used properly or (horror of horrors) it will strike out randomly. Splatting it on the intended target with a decent throw is one way of activating it's awesome power although this is a somewhat more primitive style. The best way of controlling the Plot Hole is with pure thought, but this said, it is also one of the most stressful ways of using it's power. Once an owner is chosen the Plot Hole will not leave him/her until death, always returning under it's own power of screwing up perfectly decent stories.
