Proof from Manga 6 and 7
Since there is still some time left before Hokage's fight with Uruha Illusion, Fuuko decides to go check out this castle situated near the arena. In her haste, she accidentally bumps into Raiha. (Though she doesn't know his name yet) He reaches out a hand to steady her, then, when he finds out that she wants to explore the castle, volunteers to bring her there. On the way, he informs the people at the castle door that he is back, then, when they ask him who "that young lady he is with is", he replies "My girlfriend"! (That in itself is proof enough, isn't it?) Fuuko says "WHO is your girlfriend?!" and punches him. :D Raiha then says he's only kidding.
Then, when he brings her in, he tells Fuuko that she may explore the first floor, but the 2nd floor is out of bounds. This makes Fuuko even more curious, so she runs up, and accidentally gets trapped in a room. She presses one of three buttons to try and exit, but to her horror, the enclosed room starts to flood!
She loses conciousness due to lack of air, and is awakened by someone gently asking her to wake up. Half-dazed, she asks "Is that my Prince calling me?" then opens her eyes. To her shock (and embarassment, probably.), she finds herself lying down on Raiha's lap! Then Raiha says "I'm your Prince who's come to rescue you". (Wow! She sure is lucky to have such a cute prince! ^_^) Unfortunately for us Raiha/Fuuko lovers, she screams "You shouldn't listen in on girls dreaming!" Then promptly bonks him on the head and runs back to the arena. *grin*
The Proof from Manga 9
While Fuuko and Domon are training, Raiha suddenly pops out of nowhere with two cans in his hand. Since he hears Fuuko scolding Domon, ("Come on Domon! Even a girl like me can go on! There's no time for rest! [This is definitely not the accurate translation; I'll re-write it next time]) he tells her that she "Speaks really forcefully" or something like that. It was meant to be a compliment, in case you didn't know. ^_^. Anyway, after introducing himself, he tells her he doesn't know why the last time he woke up to find Fuuko gone (He can't remember [Is he faking it?] that Fuuko knocked him out last time they met) and Fuuko thinks "You mean he doesn't even know it was me who punched him?". Suddenly, he looks sort of starry eyed and grabs her by the shoulders, saying happily "But I'm so glad we meet again!" Domon then punches him, but Raiha pops up again. Domon tries again, but this time Raiha moves like lightning (Get the pun? LOL) and ta dah! He is now standing behind Domon and Domon has the 2 cans on his head. ^_^. After giving Domon some tips on how to improve his punches, he says "Let's meet again sometime!" to Fuuko and leaves. As he walks away, Fuuko thinks "He moved so fast! He is definitely not ordinary, and yet I'm sure he's not a bad guy. Raiha... I wonder who he is?"

Before Fuuko's fight with Mikoto, Raiha was commenting on Mikoto's fighting abilities because Neon asked about her skills. When Fuuko entered the ring, however, he immediately stopped talking and said "Miss Fuuko!" (Or, in Chinese, "Feng Zi Xiao Jie!") with lots of hearts! ^_^ Then Neon sweatdropped and said "Raiha, just who's side are you on?" LOL.
The Proof from Anime Episode ??? (It's the episode where Kaoru Koganei joins the Hokage team, but I can't remember what number it is.)
I've got the whole scene between Fuuko and Raiha when he saves her from drowning written down. I love it, I love it, I love it! ^_^
(Fuuko awakens and sees Raiha staring at her.)
Fuuko: Hold on! You're with Kurei!
Raiha (Smiling gently. [At least it LOOKS like a smile to me.^_^]) Yes, my name is Raiha.
(Zoom out to show that he is holding her. [Ah! How beautiful! :P])
Fuuko: (Shocked, she moves away from him. [Aw, come on Fuuko, couldn't you have stayed that way for a little while longer? *wink**wink*]) Oh! A member of Kurei's! How come you came to rescue us?
Raiha: Our purpose was not to kill you two. Master Kurei was able to fulfil his plans to capture you and let Koganei fight in this battle. And that's why you're here, safe and sound.
Fuuko: Koganei? He's fighting instead of us in the Dark Martial Combat?
Raiha: Yes. (He gets up to leave and walks away)
Fuuko: (Getting up as well and following him) Hey wait!
(Raiha stops with his back to her)
Fuuko: How come you rescued us knowing full well that we're your enemies?
Raiha: It's just fate.
Fuuko: It's just fate?
Raiha: Your psychic device, God of Wind, and mine, God of Thunder, are fated to fight one another. That's why I couldn't leave you here to die.
Fuuko: So does that mean that we're going to fight in this tournament together?
Raiha: No, but perhaps next time. I'm sure the power of our psychic devices will draw us near each other once again.
(He walks away)
Fuuko: (Running after him) Oh hey wait a minute!
(Raiha has gone. [At least I think so. They don't show it, but she doesn't catch up with him, so...])
Fuuko: (In a bewildered/confused/whatever tone) Fate?
There you have it! Wasn't that scene wonderful? It was one of my favourite scenes... *sighs happily*
