24 February 1836
This Indenture made the Twenty fourth day of February in the Year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and thirty [xxxx] Six Between Reuben W. Millard
and Sally his wife George R. Millard and Sophia his wife Henry D. Millard and
Elizabeth his wife Warren A. Millard and William McNiel and Lucy his wife
and Moses H. Fish and Polly his wife of the first part and Edward S.
Millard
of Campbelltown Steuben County of the Second part Witness-
eth that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of Fifty dollars lawful money of the United States to them in hand paid by the Said
party of the Second part the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknow-
ledged; have granted bargained Sold remised released and Quit Claim-
ed; and by these presents do grant bargain Sell remise release and
Quit Claiments the Said party of the Second part and to his heirs &
assigns forever.  All that certain piece or parcel of Land Situate in the town
of Campbell County of Steuben & State of New York being the farm formerly own-
ed & occupied by Jehoi[d]da Millard deceased and now in the possess-
ion of the Said part of the Second part and Bounded as follows: ivz -- North by
Lands belonging to or in the possession of Benjamin Stevens West by the Cohocton river
South by Lands in the possession of William D. Knox and East by Lands in
the possession of Daniel Horton Containing about fifty six acres ~~ Together
with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof; and all
the estate might title interest claim and deamand whatsever of
the said parties of the first part either in Law or equity of in and
to the above bargained premises with the said hereditaments and ap-

purtenances:  To Have and to Hold all and Singular the above descri-
bed and hereby granted premises with the Hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appurtaining to the said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns to the
Sole and only proper use benefit and behoof of the Said party of the Sec-
ond part his heirs and assigns forever.  In Witness Whereof the Said par-
ties of the first part have hereunto Set our hands and Seals the day and
Year first above written -

and Elizabeth Millard his wife the grantors within named to me known
to be the persons described in and who executed the within deed who Severally ack-
nowledged that they executed the Same freely for the uses and purposes therein ex-
pressed and the Said Elizabeth Being by me examined Seperate and
apart from her said husband acknowledged that She executed the Same
freely without any fear or compulsion from her Said Husband for the uses &
purposes therein expressed Let it be recorded-

lon
an Olive his wife Silas Fish and Rebecca his wife of the first part
and Edward S. Millard of Campbelltown Steuben County of the Second

This Indenture made the twenty second day of May in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine
Between Josiah Millard of the first part and Edward S. Millard
of Campbelltown, County of Steuben and State of New York
of the second part.  Witnesseth that the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars lawful
money of the United States to him in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed
and acknowledged has granted bargained sold remised release-
ed and quit claimed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell remise release and quit claim unto the said party of
the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever all
that certain piece & parcel of land situate in the town of

Campbell, County of Steuben and State of New York being
the farm formerly owned and occupied by Jehoida Millard
deceased and now in the possession of the said party of the
second part, and bounded as follows viz: north by lands
belonging to or in the possession of Benjamin Stevens,

ession of William D. Knox, and Eaxt by lands in the
possession of Daniel Horton.  Containing about Fifty
Six acres Together with all and singular the hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise app-
ertaining and the reversion and rerversions remainder
and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and
all the estate might title interest claim and demand
whatsoever of the said party of the first part either
in law or equity of in and to the above bargained
premises with the said hereditaments and appurt-
enances: To have and To hold, all and singular the
above described and hereby granted premises with
the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto be-
longing or in anywise appertaining to the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns to the sole
and only proper use benefit and behoof of the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever.
