Leadership

Providing that opening for others to contribute is what it means to be a leader. Often, we think of leaders as "others"- those who possess inherent abilities or unique qualities to be called upon in special circumstances. We fail to notice that possibilities for leadership exist for each of us at every moment. Leaders are not extraordinary  people- they are ordinary people who leave their mark by having the courage to express themselves in a way that inspires and frees the best in those around them.
