About This Site

The purpose of this site is to provide information for those interested in year round wind related sports in, on and around Lake Simcoe and Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

One thing all of these sports have in common is that they involve sport and forces of nature. They are about a lifestyle in the pursuit of finding a balance or harmony with the forces of nature.

As with all sport there are risks involved. It's important in being able to appreciate the difference between seizing an opportunity and taking a chance, and then leaving nothing to chance. A good practice is to use your superior judgment to avoid using your superior skills.
