The format is C-Ixxx, where C-I is standard for all ultralights and xxx is your choice of 3 letters, no digits.

C-ICAN (this can work for two abbreviations I'm Canadian, and "see I can" as in I can Fly
or how about C-IOWA as in I can see Iowa from up here or perhaps

C-IBID (as in, you are the same as before even though you are plated now) or maybe

C-IDEA

C-IRIS (as in see the eye)

or if you change your name you could go with C-IVAN, although Ivan Fitz may be a something you might have to get used to. See once the pressure's off I get silly
