I always find Health and Safety the most interesting work related issue because It seems that Trade Unions have a job to continually remind the Employer of the Policies they put in place and the Safety Laws they are obliged to honour. My view is that we do not go to work to have accidents and we should do all we can to ensure we go home from work in the same condition as we arrive.
