I work in the capacity of Office Manager. I work with volunteers and other on the job trainees to complete the general and administrative business at the Flatiron, including media relations.
Our offices are located on the second floor or the Flatiron Building in the suite of BARC offices. I was trained during my six month program by Private Industry Council and on the job training in the BARC offices.

Special Events:
I work closely with Loretta Filchock, the Events Coordinator, and assist as needed. I coordinate the identification cards that are displayed on the artifacts from the ethnic community during their display month.
Personal Experiences
I enjoy my hours of employment by BARC at the Flatiron Building. It is a rewarding experience to work with so many nice people who treat me kindly. I have learned so much during this time. It is very interesting talking with people who inquire about the community. I have learned so much about the history of this region. The sense of accomplishment at the end of a day when projects completed is a very rewarding experience. I believe that I am helping to accomplish the goals of the organization by keeping the office running in a smooth fashion.
