Because I get so many emails and can't respond to them all I've decided to create a page with samplings of what I think are representative.

No matter what you're feeling, it's likely you're not alone. Just guessing, I'd say about about 70% of the emails I get say "thanks" of some sort (I appreciate it). About 20% fall in the "who cares" category (10% of those are also pissed off). About 30% are like me, and just don't like the idea of being lied to, if that is really the case. About 10% send me other big conspiracies. Thanks for your links! If you're going to argue a point, please read the website first. If you can provide a link to back your argument up, then I'll try to add it where appropriate. I have amended a number of ideas and thoughts based on your feedback. I add new letters every week or so to the top of this list.

On to some letters:

Everything about September 11 has been spun - warnings given before, denied and then confirmed, the Pentagon crash also has similar parts to a puzzle that just dont fit, the whole way the so called facts are reported - but is that really such a suprise. When you study a news broadcast, either from a historical point of view or from a simple common knowledge point of view there is a certain amount of spin involved. Unfortunately the bigger the news the bigger the spin, most of us - and I include myself - just accept this as a modern way of life, in the end what can we do about it, keep writing sites of this nature may'be but then the so called governments will spin you out of all credibility also.

This is not a massive conspiracy theory it is just our way of life, the news we here is presented in a palatable fashion, heaven forbid we should damage the economy by telling the truth. Someday, someone (maybe me...who knows) will get the message out loud and clear, that, we just want our news loud and clear. I do not know of anybody who actually appreciates sterilised news, this also relates to Government biased newspapers, so maybe voting with our feet (remote controls or wallets) may'be the answer. Until we do something ourselves as a whole, we should'nt be suprised by the spin we are exposed to.

I've been strongly suspicious of the circumstances of the demise of Flt. 93 since 9/11 when I heard that orders had been given to shoot down any commercial flights still in the air and then saw a tape of a white jet hovering over the crash site and then disappearing from all future newscasts. I also knew of the 911 and eyewitness accounts on that day reporting explosions BEFORE the crash.

And then my suspicions were enhanced by the Bush administraion going overboard in their enthusiasm to promote the passenger takeover theory and the subsequent "Let's Roll" mantra. I have emailed all the media I could think of, asking about the evidence from the cockpit tape and recorders, and have mostly gotten no response.

When I did, someone would dismissingly say something like "That's all been dealt with". I would respond, "No, it hasn't", and then I would receive no future correspondence. It's pretty scary to believe that our newspapers and TV outlets are duplicitous in not reporting even the possibility, let alone the overwhelming evidence, of a cover-up of a military shootdown.

On the morning of September 11th I was working in DC about 6 blocks from the Capital. After hearing and watching the news like everyone else we rushed over to our Conference Room which faces the West and we could see the Pentagon smoke. We then rushed up to our roof for a better view.

This was also right after the media had announced that Another plane might be heading towards DC.

About a minute after we got on the roof we saw an F-16 Fighter Jet heading North-West, it was flying from the South-East.

Perhaps it was going to intercept Flight 93.

I do not believe in their story one bit.

Flight 93 went down 30 min from my workplace. They (US Govt) knew what was going on long before it crashed, both towers and DC were hit while 93 was coming out of OH and entering PA in a SW direction. They contacted Pittsburgh International and told them to evacuate the control tower, gates, and so on when 93 was inbound from the NW. As it passed over Pittsburgh International heading E for Downtown Pittsburgh they contacted Mayor Murphy to evacuate the major skyscrapers. It passed over the city and continued ESE over my work. As soon as it was clear of the city limits heading SE toward the nations capital it went down. Pretty good timing huh?

That smoke and explosion phone call you speak of is 100% accurate. I heard it myself.

Shortly after the 3 crashes and hearing about 93 OTW I left work. Was only in the car for about 5 minutes listening to KDKA radio. (first radio station brodcast in the US BTW) They played that phone call recording to 911. I heard it myself. Very scary. He was panicing and describing what was going on. He said that terrorists had hijacked the plane, then heard a loud explosion and smoke started to fill the compartment, then they were going down.

Few hours later a KDKA spokesperson announced that their recording of that message had been confiscated by the FBI.

Since that time the only recordings of cell phone calls from 93 that we the public have been allowed to heard are the ones where passengers are calling loved ones telling them how they might try and take over the plane and how much they love them.

I don't have the answer to what really happened, I wasn't there. But I do know what I heard with my own ears.

I want you to think about that for a second using common sense. How does a aircraft getting forced down by passengers have anything to do with a large explosion & smoke just before decent?

Does the government not trust it's citizens? If they did choose to shoot
down the airliner it was a difficult decision but one which we citizens
would understand. It is an insult to our intelligence to try to cover it up.
It will be worse when the truth finally comes out. A bad situation made
worse...

OK, good job on scoping this out. Now what?

What possible good will come from "outing" this information? Will Lisa Bemer sleep better? Will I travel more? When should the shoot-no-shoot order have been given? After the aircraft crossed the Potomac? How could anyone possibly know what effect the passengers bravery may have had unless they took back the aircraft and were able to convince the ground of that in a very small window of time? Three hits had already been made. Our national security and thousands of lives on the ground were at risk. If your premise is right, whoever gave the order did the right thing.

Making a big deal out of this just tells the terrorists that they can net the same result by just announcing a high jacking and then watch the American people raise hell about our own people shooting us down!

Some dogs just need to keep on sleeping.

I was at the WTC when the planes went into the building and I amongst thousands of people saw an f-16 just behind the second plane and we only saw this because we all looked up wondering what the hell that major boom was and saw the F 16 fly so fast over the WTC. This was never mentioned by the media.

Look at the videos and you will notice the eratic flying at the last 30 seconds of flight before the plane went into the building. I believe that the second plane was shot at but could not get the plane to go down because the missle missed.

Jet fighters were deployed from the Syracuse-Hancock airbase near Syracuse University as soon as it was discovered that planes were being hi-jacked. These fighters would have been in excellent field position to have intercepted flight 93. I don't want to involve my source for this info in any discussions concerning it, but he did see the jets taking off shortly after 8:10 am on 9-11.

Someone close to me was involved in the improvements of air to air missiles after Vietnam war and various weapon systems during the cold war (primarily on the target tracking part and not explosive part) but he does not believe any air to air missile has the ability to blow a 757 to pieces. The mission of the missile is not to destroy the airplane, but to simply render it out of service by destroying its target's power plant or disrupt its flight. This way, the missile can be agile and fast. If missile was fired it would simply hit one of the two engines on 757. But given the size of the aircraft, it would remain in flight for a short period of time.

As a relative of someone who works for the government, there are somethings that are best left alone. We may live in the land of the free, but our government does some pretty sick things too. We shot Flight 93 down because after the third call to land the plane, there was still no response. Which is worse, taking the lives of those on the plane, or taking the lives of those on the plane, plus whoever else would have died at the targeted site? There are plenty of things our government does that I would rather not know!

I'm not sure what "good" would be served by learning that in reality the plane was brought down by one of our F-16s, other than the comfort of knowing that our Government is "completely open and honest with us - but I've abandoned that notion quite some time ago. This is one case where where NOT knowing the truth might actually be preferable - if that's EVER possible... At least if we're being lied to in this case, it doesn't seem to me (yet) that the reason is to cover up mistakes or greater evils made by our government.

My son is a high seniority Captain with one of the airlines. In the interest of not wanting to jeopardize his position, I do not wish to involve him in any way. I will say that he told me that there are a lot of questions involving the events of 09/11 that bothers many of the pilots.

I find myself extremely alarmed at the attitude the administration has been so successful in promoting from the very first day since 09/11, that is that if you do not agree with Bush or if you speak out against him in anyway, you are anti-American. This is most distressful to me because true patriots continue to monitor their political leaders and if they discover something that is not kosher, they should question it.

This group is conducting a very clever and shrewd psychological propaganda campaign that is more successful than any I have ever seen throughout my entire life.

Besides this important news item that has received very little credible coverage in the mainstream media, I've also been researching other underreported topics: the many executive orders being written since 9/11; the chemical plant explosion in Toulouse, France (which has received very little coverage at all -- first having been explained away as an accident, and then an admission of terrorism); the Bush family's connection with the Carlyle Group; the lie about the threat to Air Force One; what I see as the mainstream media's complicity in a clampdown on dissemination of information; and other rapidly developing events.

.....but I did go to your site and read about the intercept over PA on 9/11. I knew in my heart, immediately, that the USAF shot that plane down . My husband ( former USAF officer and USAFA grad ) told me later that there have always been orders to do that if threat existed. The practical side of my mind tells me that it had to be done. Yet, I wonder if there could not have been another way to ameliorate the threat.

The thing that bothers me the most is the reluctance to just tell us the truth. They obfuscated the anthrax situation and tried to deny that it is a deliberate attempt to harm citizens of this country. As an RN with some knowledge of microbiology , I knew they were witholding the truth from the outset. If they can't admit the possibility of terroristic activity with regard to the anthrax attacks, you know damned good and well that they won't admit to shooting down a plane with civillians on board.

This government is not our government anymore...

I am THANKFUL that there are still people like you with the energy and the ability to try to expose wrong in our midst. I hope that you will not suffer repercussions . comment: me too ;-)

First TWA 800, then flight 93 and now flight 587. And now the federal government is in charge of airline "security". I won't be flying anywhere for a long time, and if that means some airlines go out of business, so be it.

God forgive me for condoning the exchanging of lives and god protect me from ever having to make such a choice, but in the end if a choice was made do you think it was wrong?

comment: I'd guess 99% of the people that email indicate the Gov't would be totally justified in shooting if they did, and I agree. As to the right place and time, I disagree. In two years this will be a non-issue and no one will care if the story was sanitized for the masses. Right now, it's recent memory - and in my mind - it's a good time to reflect and decide if that's what we expect from our officials. .

I'm so tired of this theory, give it a rest already, would you! A dear friend of mine who also believes this X File theory of yours forwarded your link to me, and I'm glad to see that people have nothing better to do than waist their God given time on this planet complaining about some ridiculous "cover up".

If the passengers of Flight 93 took over, how long could they have kept the airliner in the air? ... Why was Flight 93 wobbling along at 2500 feet? I doubt if the hijacker took it to such a low altitude.

Comment:
A trained pilot was among the passengers. If the autopilot was on the plane would have flown itself. The hijackers dropped altitude just after they gained control - fueling theories that another target, perhaps a nuclear power plant was the real destination.

The Cockpit Voice Recorder should prove that heroes successfully broke in and fought and gained some level of control if that's what happened.

In fact, the FBI has never stated the passengers were successful. They have only said "they were in a fight for their lives" and "they may have contributed to the crash". Both those quotes were very early on, and since then there's been no word of passengers in the cockpit from the FBI. If they made it that far, we'd have heard it.. in my opinion.

Okay, I'm just one officer pilot who's spent too much time in liberal democratic California, so I'm very jaded. But I think we will find, after the complete investigation of every piece of flight 93, that the military did not have a chance to shoot it down. I look forward to the complete NTSB report.

Thank you for setting up this site. Many of us around the country are not
swallowing the official story of Flight 93. While I'm sorry for the pain it
may cause the families of the "heroes", I think we deserve to know what
really happened.

Two things are clearly being covered up.

ONE - THE CAUSE.
TWO - the target of the terrorists.

Given the administration's previous record (and current actions), it would
not surprise me at all if they knew the plane was heading for 3 Mile Island,
shot it down, and then completely fabricated the "hero" story and the attack on the White house to cover-up the fact that nuclear power plants are incredibly vulnerable and dangerous. If that information was put on CNN during this kind of panic/crisis, there would have been an immediate call to close ALL nuclear power plants in the country. Democratic Congressman would have introduced it within a week, and the public would have overwhelmingly supported the idea, and Bush would have been forced to sign it. Then the alternative energy issue would be front and center in the public debate. but the Bushies obviously don't want that. They prefer the panic/crisis that allows them more power and more profit for their cronies...

Is Cheney in hiding so he can't be asked about this crash? His hiding out is really weird and could very well have to do with this crash. If you can't be asked, you don't have to lie.

I have always felt the F-16 damaged the plane just enough that it would crash.

On Sept.11th I had 3 TV's going and I heard them scramble jets to
protect the white house. I knew they had shot down flt.93 and for
several days it was assumed that. I feel bad for all those who lost
their lives on 9/11 but to overglorify some falsely is not good. The
President said he had given orders to shoot down any threats, Vice
President Cheney said so too. They were bracing us for the inevitable,
"that we'd find out." The comes a miracle (for them) relatives saying
Jeremy Glick was such a hero, he was going to jump the hijacker, who was holding the bomb.

I never bought it for a minute.

Sean thinks they shot it in the wing and it started breaking up, thats where
your last phone call fits perfectly. Keep up the good work. Nothing will
change but the TRUTH shall be known.

Over the past 50 years there have been, examples of other planetary spieces entering our world. Being far more advanced than, human capabilities. This is a dilemma, we face today. Just like Flight 800 and Flight 587. I don't believe anything I hear about an air crash anymore.

The feeling has always been there among pilots to prevent speculation,
and I feel the questions you want to ask should wait until the NTSB have
reported. What I give above is a clarification for you of some of your
points, and I offer no suggestion of what I may or may not have heard
happened down the grapevine.

Shooting down a passenger aircraft is not something that would be easily
done by a pilot, and if it happened, whoever it may be would not want
intruding questioning at this time.

I don't know who reported the 550 mph speed, and what kind of speed it was estimated to be (probably groundspeed) - but I do know that Boeing says the
maximum indicated cruise airspeed of the 757 is 340 KIAS or .84 Mach. (If you read the above links, you'll understand the difference).

Of course, this doesn't mean if you were to go 341 KIAS the wings fall off. During the aircraft certification process the airplane must be flight tested beyond that point, but I don't remember how far.

Why is it that we get both the Voice and Data recorder information from the 587 incident in 3 days and we still haven't heard anything from the Flight 93 (PA crash on 9/11/01) voice and data recorders. I realize that the FBI is conducting the latter investigation, but even a partial release, with sensitive or classified material screened out would give us a clue to the final minutes of that flight. What are they hiding?

I have followed this story carefully from day one and here are a few things to ponder.

This plane crash was the least covered by the media in history and suggest a cover-up.

Then the Governor of the State quickly resigned to become the Head of Homeland Security; a Cabinet position and reward for secrecy.

I was chatting with an individual who lives near the crash site, and there is a nuclear power plant just 5 miles away, but never saw this mentioned in the controlled media.

There are a few questions within the above context and will let you do it.

Very strange, though, that the 2 tape recordings the government confiscated from Flight 93 both mention either the smoke billowing from the wing of the plane or an explosion and white smoke in the cabin of the plane. Neither of these tapes have been heard about again since the 11th, yet there is so much focus on the other cell phone calls that were made to family members but were not recorded.

I guess it's just preferable at this time, and maybe rightly so, to let the
public believe the men aboard 93 were heroes and saved the day by bringing the plane down. No doubt they were heroes, but I do now doubt they were the ones who brought the plane down. Why the government would feel the need to lie about it, though, is beyond me??????

I was watching an interview with The Speaker of The House of Repreprentives J. Dennis Hastert. During that interview he was asked many questions about what was known of the hijacked flights, victims, suspects, etc. He answered questions and offered information and some of his personal speculation on many facts about the OTHER flights. When he was asked about flight 93 specifically, he stated "that information is classified", and that he "could not comment" on anything about 93.

Another theory should also be closely looked at and that is the United States Star Wars Pogram. I believe that the US has the full capability of eliminating hostile aircraft with lazers.

It appeared on the day of the crash that the initial reports included information about the second debris field miles away from the primary crash site.

However, as the day progressed into the evening, all the major media outlets suddenly seemed to stop referencing this second debris field. Instead, the seeds for the "hero" story were being planted long before investigators would have even had the slightest clue of what went on aboard that airliner.

No matter what, the folks on that airliner will always be heroes to me, just as those who perished in the WTC attack. However, I am continually amazed at our government's apparent effort to hide the truth from the American people.

I read your site about Flight 93 and appreacite all the time it took to do the research. It looks like the plane was shot down.

That said, in the midst of our pain as a nation, in consideration of the pain of the families, couldn't you let it go? The Flight would have crashed either way. The people are dead. The miracle is that hundreds more people aren't dead. The men aboard Flight 93 are still heroes, either way. I can only imagine the DESPAIR and anguish that the pilot up to the president are feeling if your theory is true. I will be praying that the issue is left alone, that in love for the country and in respect for the fear and anxiety that Americans are already feeling, you won't pursue this. Thanks for listening.

I normally think conspiracy theorists are kooks. But your website makes so much sense, I had to send the URL to several people with whom I've been discussing the possibility of the flight being shot down.

I can understand the cover-up, but it is disturbing to know that everything I read is sanitized for my protection.

Now I go back to the site it was modified on 9/24/2001 after I notified several people of my thoughts on what might have occurred on flight 93. Coincidence maybe. However, It's important to note that mind control programs were developed at this location. And if you look at map quest you can see that the barracks is in the direct flight path of flight 93.

I point this out since many of the top military brass were at the Carlisle Barracks on September 11. My guess the terrorists wanted to take out the financial fabric of the U.S. and take down the military leadership at the same time. Hence the pentagon and Carlisle barracks.

what are you, some sort of self-esteem deficient moron who needs the attention this site provides you? or are you a kid? who really gives a good goddam if the plane was shot down or not??? personally, i'd view that as being the only time that whole day our government acted decisively! the people on board were dead meat one way or another. better an empty field than the white house or another office building. grow up and get a real life.

Global Hawk technology remotely controlled all the planes. We have the technology now! Bush Sr. started the Gulf War and now Dubya started this one on purpose.

Even if the crew and passengers fought back, they *could not* have regained control of the planes, for the planes were being controlled by Global Hawk technology.

Just suppose that this jet, Flight 93, had been taken over, not by 'Arabic Terrorists' but instead was under the REMOTE command and control of others far more sinister, and within our Government (this just for the sake of arguement) and in a Remote mode, signals ATTRIBUTED to the cockpit where then broadcast, to be recieved AS IF coming from Flight 93....those on board MIGHT HAVE construed that in fact terrorists were in control of the cockpit and plane....

And suppose in fact, by some fluke, or miracle, the legitemate Pilots actually, somehow, miraculaously regained control of the plane?

BIG problem-if word that control of their craft was suddenly taken over by a mysterious, remote force got out-THERE WOULD BE HELL TO PAY-and questions that could topple the Military, CIA, or Government....what to do, what to do...?

Only one thing to do: Get rid of all witnesses...and perhaps that is what this 'Mysterious White Jet' did...with a nice air to air missle... Just a 'Conspiracy Theory Nut' thing to think about...
