| Kristy
Adams is a college graduate from Clayton
College and StateUniversity in Morrow, GA (about 30 miles south of
Atlanta). She recieved her B.M. in Music Composition (minoring in
Flute Performance) and will continue composition studies to pursue her
dream as a Film Composer. She performs the flute and piccolo in concerts
all over the Atlanta area with the Southern
Crescent Symphony Orchestra.
Kristy's flute teachers have included Laura Philpott, Dr.Trygve Peterson, Nancy Strawbridge, Mr. Eric Hoover, Kelly Via, Amy Porter, Kelly Bryant, and Robert Cronin. She has studied privately for ten years and has been a student at Brevard Music Center in Brevard, North Carolina the summers of 94 and 96. Kristy also has attended All-College Band three years and an active member of the National Flute Association since 1995. |
