Burt is reliable night in and night out. He plays a strong physical game, and brings the puck out of the zone with authority if not great speed. He is a saty at home reliable defenseman. He's a big guy, bvut doesn't tend to throw his weight around that much, something he has been trying to improve. He's excellent at stripping the puck off of opposing forwards and rarely loses a one-on-one battle. He's not a fighter, but will drop the gloves if it means sticking up for a temmate or showing the other team who's boss. He won't accumulate a ton of points, but you can always count on him to be giving it his all every game.
