description of the system
The
system has the following options for the surveyor to choose from
1.
Create survey
2.
Save created survey form (this option would also convert the survey
into HTML language form suitable for viewing in internet browsers)
3.
View saved survey form
4.
Send survey from to end-users via email (this option can only be
executed when a survey form is saved)
5.
Compute and display the saved data from survey forms that are returned
via email from end users (this option can only be executed when a survey form
is been sent out via email to end users)
The surveyor would
send the completed survey form back to the system via the internet.
