"There is one mediator  between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.
Jesus himself said, " I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man comes to the Father, but by me." The concept that other religions are just as good as
Christianity is utterly repugnant to the Lord. And believing that lie will keep people from Christ.

3. The bible is nothing more than the writings of men.
I believe the bible is the word of God, and the real evidence supports that belief.
To attack the word of God is the oldest and most basic of satan's strategies
dating back to the Garden of Eden. The sepent first implied to Eve that God
hadn't really said what she thought, and then he brazenly contradicted what God had said If you contradict the word of God (throw out the Bible), then how do you
know what is moral and what is not? How can you decide what form of religion is correct? How do you know of God any more than nature teaches?
How do you learn about the life of Jesus Christ? If there is a God who loves you
at all, then there is a Bible, because God wouldn't leave us in the dark on these
issues. Neither would he leave these vital truths up to the subjective, uncertain,
and changing revelations of  individual communicattion. There must be an objective, constant, reliable word,or else we cannot logically belive in a God of love. That word is the Bible. 2 Peter 1:19-21 tells us that "we have a more sure word of prophecy; so that you do well to pay heed to it, as unto a light that shines
in a dark place... For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit."  The Bible repeatedly claims God as its source. Furthermore, many of its  prophecies have
already been fulfilled. Archaeological findings demonstrate its historicity its
wisdom is indisputable, Its principles time tested and infallible. Its affect on both
individual and society is transforming. The Bible stands alone, not only  among
books, but among religious books. It  simply has no rival. And the lie that the
Bible is any less than the word of  God will surely keep people from Christ.

4. God just wants you to believe in Him.
People say, " I believe  in God," or even " I believe in Jesus." and they think that
somehow satisfies God, that he  doesn't expect a thing more from them. After all,
even the Bible says, " Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved."
But the Bible also says "The devils believe,& tremble." " Faith without works is dead." " The just shall live by  his faith." How can you  brlieve in a loving, holy,
omnipotent God, and that belief not be the driving force in your life?
God wants an eternal  relationship with people who are in the process of
becoming like him, because they are predestinated to be conformed to the image
of His Son. HE wants people who not only trust Him, but love him and serve him,
and loves others and serve them. After all, He ought to have something to say
about the kind of people he spends eternity with. Those who rationalize that God just wants them to believe in him, are justifying their lack of spiritual desire.
Their lack of eternal perspective deceives them. their backward sense of  priority
drives them away from the lord. Their Self- centered materialistic attitude betrays
them.If you just want to get by spiritually by believing in God, then you better
examine yourself whether you be in the faith at all.

5. Church is an  unneccssary option.
Those who say that and those who believe that may have interviewed the devil for
his opinion, but they obviously haven't consulted with God.

The bible teaches that Jesus died for his church. He's building his church.
He's speaking to his church teaching his church, adding to his church, leading his church, correcting.... providing for, knitting it together in love.
1 Corinthians 12:21 shows that no part of the church can say to any other part "I have no need of you." We are members one of anther who are not to forsake
the assembling of ourselves together, but to encourage each other. The church is the means by which The Lord has chosen to reach out to a world that needs Christ. A lie that belittles the church keeps people from coming to Christ
