Tuesday~ November 25, 2003 Whoa its been a while since I wrote something. I've been busy with school and whatnot. Okay, this is gonna be one big entry so you have been forewarned: May be boring!! I'm gonna try to go in chronological order... Mio and Ali cam over Saturday morning for some picture taing for the Senior Ad. Fun times. Saturday afteroon/Sunday was my Search overnight meeting. Man, that was one great night. I mean yea, the work made me wanna scream but I know it's all worth it. Just some things to point out: Great games of Uno, playing pool, Thundercats!, the Olsen twins, Uranus, banging my wrist against the wall, the white man dance, clay breaking the futon, seven, the fact that I'm annoying even when I'm asleep (I snore), the hot seat, orfee (coffee and orange juice), jenn's asian drawings, air slaps, koala bears, the love of the portuguese, lever=lover, nacho cheese... What a night!! Can't wait for the next one this weekend... then our retreat's in two weeks... Gonna be awesome! I got the job at Sam Goody!! I started on Tuesday with my orientation and started working the next day. I hvae to say, I actually enjoy my job. I learn a lot about music and movies that I find pretty interseting. I heard my Musical Mood on the job, so that's why thats's up there. On my first day, it was stock day and I had to sort DVDs in alphabetical order by genre... that was tough but it was kinda fun. My second day I ran CD zone 2 which was pretty much the classical, rap, techno and latino section. I don't really know much about latino singers so I don't I was much help in that area... Oh well, let's hope it gets better and that I keep this job for a while. Money Money!!! Click here to see this funny video! Haha I love stupid things! Saturday was Bernie's party. Man oh man that was one great great night! Even though the DJ didn't really know what he was doing, I had so much fun. I played Spoons with Sam and won.. Mwhaha I am the master at Spoons! We all started banging on the table with utensils and Nikki banged the glass so hard she shattered it! (see pic 3) Haha soo funny!!! The DJ played Hey Ya twice... Man I love that song! I need more nights like that, going out, forgettin everything and just having fun... Sunday, I had to miss my Search meeting for a performance with Sam at the PACBC. We practiced a lot that morning and made some slight progress. We did a song of mine and Dahil Sayo, both duets for piano and flute. I have to say I think we rocked the hizzouse like no other. I hope Sam and I get to do somemore performaces again. And maybe we'll practice more often next time. Oh yea and Sam forgot to submit my picture to PACBC so I was the only one without a picture in the programs handed out and the poster... Grrr I wanted a star... I got the solo for Oh Holy Night. I have to say, I really sucked at it at practice on Monday. Maybe I should learn the words and practice it a bit. All the guys actually listened to me instead of being assholes. That was cool. For once, Anatroph made me kinda happy. It turns out everyone likes the work and it made me all happy inside. To see everyone's reaction put a smile on my face. Other than the fact that everything out of my mouth was contradicted, it was okay of a night. In other news, Bond is still in the studio working on their third album. I think it'll come out around early 2004. I got a Bond prize pack in the mail for some odd reason. Don't get me wrong, I loved it: posters, window sticker, free Shine CD. I finally got some sheet music done too which can be see here. Well I guess that's pretty much it. Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Gobble Gobble! Monday~ November 10, 2003 Oh yea got the license today!! Whoo hoo! Yea, I think that driving to school is harder than that driving test, but who cares!? Yea this is so great! Now what do I get to look forward to?... Anatroph... Thursday~ November 6, 2003 Argh! Yea I ditched today! I was supposed to do my stupid museum project with Ali today but she decides to go without me! Whats up with that bullsh!t? So I sat all day doing college apps... how low can that get!? So yea Ali I'm really pissed with u! So this song is dedicated to Trish cause she screws up the words worse than Lil Kim does! $&*@#! Oh yea and I got a job interview on Saturday and pretty much finished applyin the new design to the rest of the site...grrr so much for my good mood... Tuesday~ November 4, 2003 So yea, new site design! Not really that amazing but I think its aright. Moved the Musical Mood up top kinda like a TV. I just gotta apply the design to the rest of the site, but I'll do that later. Erin finally opened her Bond site, Winter-sun.net. She's got an amazing picture archive with stuff I've never seen, like this Maxim one for example. Few days have been alright, really good actually for one particualr reason (or person heh). Halloween was fun hanging with Ali and her bro along with 'Tinker Bell' LoL. Got some candy but most of it was gone by the end of the night. I gotta stop porking around. Omg Search is so much fun, my team is so awesome! It's so great to be working yet relaxing all at once. I love the feeling of getting work done 'sans des arguments'. Although my work was beat to a pulp, these are some really great people and can't wait for next week! In other news, Anatroph is aright. I mean, we move really slowly and act like we have no time to prepare. Not to mention, we all like to hear each others voice. But remember, I am 'the rude one'. weridness. And poor Kathryn.. hope she gets better and stops shaking! Yea she'll be fine LoL Oh yea and I added a little links section on the menu bar.
