Tuesday~ September 28, 2004 Wow, didn't really write anything in a while. hows everyone doing? College life has been okay, making my way through it pretty well. I've been spending a lot of time just chilling in the music hall. Its got piano rooms computer labs and stuff so I don't really have to leave unless I wanna eat. Theory and Aural class is sooooo boring! In that class me, Desi and Landa are the three stooges. We feel like that class is just a Broadway musical, its 2 and a 1/2 hour class with a 15 minute intermission in the middle, with two showings every week. Me, Sam, Joe and Veronica finally finshed our 'Storm on the Plains of Idaho (potatos)' piece and performed it. Practicing and prep for that little piece of shit was tough. College Writing was cancelled last week, which 12 of us didn't know and sat in front of the room for like ever. Now everyone is going to the Lord of the Rings Symphony in December right? yea well if anyone can make it, its gonna be a damn good performance. Work at the carousel has been peachy. We got two new guys to end the season. Weather has been all over the place so it gets either really busy or like all empty. I got into my first fender bender on Friday. Twas a sad day, my Focus is like a freakin tank cause I barely got a scratch. I think my car went under the pickup truck in front of me and made his bumper a little slanted. This past weekend, people came home from college, mostly my jewish friends for their holiday. Friday night I went to DD with Mikeo and JF. Soon Judith, Andi G and Sarah showed up so that was nice. The next we gathered a Sarah's for a bit. I'm so happy when people come home. I miss my friends sooo much! yea that means you! I had such an awesome night, playing holdem again with paperclips, discussing college life, and remembering old times (which most weren't too long ago lol). Later on, we split up and me JF and Mikeo headed to Ramsey for some eatings. Then some cart launching, with a few injuries on Mikeo's part... then getting his hand slammed in the car door by me (sorrrrryyy dude!!!). Yea so overall I get in a really good mood after seeing my friends again. Yesterday, Ryan and Jess have never been to Garden State Plaza so I take them there. Jess has her fun going into stores and scremaign how cute everything is. We go into this one store and I see something that just brings back bad memories..... so we then change to Paramus Park and in the middle, Ryan's gotta leave. So me and Jess head to Pizza Hut for dinner. I'm glad I got to hang out with college friends. Although its hard filling the empty gap of my RD kids. So hope everyone's doing good. Oh I made a page with my photoshop works. Check that out here peace out Wednesday~ September 8, 2004 So pretty much everyone has left for college. Here I am still here, waiting for MSU to start up. Classes started last Thursday. I had no idea how bad parking would be, I got there an hour early and didn't park for 45 mins! My first class was composition practicum. Thats a class where all the composition majors (all 12 of us lol) discuss songs that interest us, listen to guest speakers, talk about different music styles, and perform some of our wons tuff. I was the only freshman, so that class should be intersting lol. Next I had chorus, with the same lady I saw at teh judication back in my RD days. Big news here guys! Along with the the NJSO, our chorus is going to be performing the entire Lord of the Rings Symphony! This is gonna be a six movement multimedia performance with projectors of artwork based on the stories of JRR Tolkein. The chorus is going to be singing in elfish! I have to audition to be in it, so that's one hurdle. Itd be awesome to be a part of it! So even if I'm not in it, you guys should check it out! You can ask me for any information on tickets and stuff. So even tho I'm at school, I can still work at the carousel. I have shifts of Weds afternoons (I didn't work today cause of the hurricane rains), Friday mornings and Saturday and Sunday. I decided on trying something different so on Saturday, I picked up Susie and we headed to Taylor's to color my hair. I went with blue, thought it brought out my eyes. Everyone seemed to like it, Jim loved it! All the little kids kept staring at my hair but who gives. I was running the office and saw Katie's name and register number so I sent her a Wench message. Then she responded so I was :). I've been missing my friends like no other. Its been like a week but it feels like a decade... so when I found out peopel were coming back, I got sooooo excited! I went to Jamba Juice with Lori and Andrea Friday night. I saw Joey there too from my old school which was weird, yet cool. Then we walked along the river discussing college life. Then Saturday, Monica, JF, and OKeefe come over and we talked all about college. Then Fob left and Dantoni came over. So we decided to head upstairs and play Scrabble. Oh man, I mised that game! Deferret is a word, I swear! Dantoni looking up in the dictionary: hmm I can't find deferret but let's check under bullshit.... The best sentance ran along the lines of big tits wench ferret something.... ah good times. Then us men got hungrey so headed to Dunkin Donuts. After hanging out there, we don't have anything else to do... so we're like, the girls like Pathmark so much, let's give it a try. So we head over and I drive around the parking lot. I drive close enough for Dantoni to grab a shopping cart. I speed up and Dantoni lets go, letting the cart fly across the lot. And so cart launching was born! We headed to the Staples lot and launched carts like mad men. Man, its memories like this that are gonna make me miss my fellas even more.... So this week, classes are going good. I had my new piano lessons with my new teacher. Seems cool, he teaching me better hand techniques which are helping lots. Took my theory/aural test today.. I think I'll be in Theory and Aural I so good stuff. So I guess that's all Hope you all are having great times in colleg and I'm missing ya all! and happy birthday to my mom :)
