Almost two months after the car accident that almost ended his career, Delinquent made a triumphant return to the FWF, claiming the Intercontinental title on Storm. His reign was short lived though, as on a house show the day before he was scheduled to defend the title against Mr. Skeets, the arrogant champion was defeated by Sexy Bear, and then failed to regain his championship the next night on the Pay-Per-View. Still, the reign puts Delinquent in the history books, making him not only the first FWF Intercontinental Champion, but also the first ever two time Intercontinental Champion.
