Delinquent is a young punk, who thinks that he can handle everyone. From the streets of New York, he came to the FWF for gold. But one day after he won the Intercontinental Title, he was involved in a brutal car crash, in which he broke his right arm, causing him to have to abandon the title. He returned to the FWF on 7/29/00 on Storm, coming after the Intercontinental Champ, at the time, Mr. Skeets. The next week, he regained the title, but the night before Odd Man Out, he lost the title to Sexy Bear. But the night of Odd Man Out, he and Ted McDougal announced they had formed a tag team, and won the FWF Tag Team Titles.
