Takuya is the new "Goggle Boy" of the Digimon 4th season. He has a similar personality to the ones before him (Taichi and Daisuke, that is), in the fact that he is outgoing, brave, and a bit...dense. Takuya isn't self centered, but he's quick to defend his pride and ideas. He's the kind of person who is dense enough not to realize when to give up, and often people have to stop him before he hurts himself. He has a younger brother, and greatly enjoys being an older sibling to someone, which is why he hangs out with Tomoki so much. He's always quick to help his friends, and risk his life for them.
