Dimmed

Piercing the skin
Scarlet red flows
Shortened breaths
My heart beat slows

Staggering steps across the room
Light slowly fading
Black floods the floor
Tingling body
I barley feel any more

Pooling blood
Soaked in red
Frozen heart
Nothing said

Silence swallows
Icy limbs
One more life
Has slowly dimmed
