. In a study of Organizational Behavior, we are particularly interested in the examination of conflict within an organization: Intergroup Conflict. We have identified some generalized causes of conflict. We must now concentrate on those causes which are particularly prevalent in organizations.

The interdependence of groups and individuals within the organization, political indeterminism, and group/organizational diversity have been identified as causes of intergroup conflict.
