OBNotes.HTM by WILF H. RATZBURG
. | In a study of
Organizational Behavior, we are particularly interested in the examination of conflict
within an organization: Intergroup Conflict. We have identified some generalized causes
of conflict. We must now concentrate on those causes which are particularly prevalent
in organizations. The interdependence of groups and individuals within the organization, political indeterminism, and group/organizational diversity have been identified as causes of intergroup conflict. |
