Okay...was about to update for July when a SNAFU put an abrupt end to that idea, but here it is! Update time! Looks like the Gorillaz' gig in Paris was a supa success. Congrats, d! Then a rumour circulated that the Gorillaz might be performing at Finsbury Park, just hours before my b-day! I was so ready to get on a plane to catch that gig when the ever wondrous Martin san mailed us that it was just a rumour...*sniff sniff* Ah well...
So how will you be spending the rest of your summer? Going somewhere nice and bright on holiday? I have been spending some time alone, for a change, and am getting into Street Jam. Yup, time has come for this fly girl to "fly!" Went to my first class at the dance studio nearby and was tremendously amused by the fact that I was at least 20 years older than the average wanna-be street jamin' brothas and sistas there. Did that disssuade me? You know the answer to that. An hour later, I came out of that studio like a Chinese roast pig, all red and piping hot, but it was so much fun! Yeah! So that's what I have been up to, besides the usual.
Feel like I'm finally beginning to "blossom" belatedly, and lemme tell you, the bees are a buzzin'...wierd, wild, but wonderful, it's like a renaissance, d. It's been a month of learning, all in all. Keep having fun, d!
