Hiya d. Listening to the latest Gorillaz disc as I write this. Artistically/conceptually, the Gorillaz joint is a gas, I can't applaud you and your collaborators enough for coming up with all this experimental stuff, which is highly calculated, but whimsical enough to be fun. You seem to have cut loose with this project, and seem like a free bird as a result. The Planet of the Apes theme works well for me too, as I was weened on those movies. Have to say, though, that as much as I love repetitive music, a lot of the sounds on this CD, in particular, gets on my nerves. Sorry!
