Happy Valentine's Month, d! Have decided to treat myself to some of The Good, The Bad & The Queen's UK tour gigs this month. Arrived in London yesterday totally knackered as Murphey once again assured no sleep for me because of a workaholic passenger who kept the light on. Took a nap upon arriving at the hostel which was helpful. Then headed out for your neck of the woods to visit. Honest Jon's was nice and cozy. I had never been there and was happy to see it was just as I had imagined with an eclectic collection of some very notable artists' music. Then went on to have dinner at you-know-where and absolutely loved the L. linguine and the cream of mushroom soup which preceded it.
Had to nix the idea of going to the Motherwell gig because of pure logistics. Even travelling from London-Dudley-London-Warrington-Liverpool-London-Aylesbury-London is going to be challenging at points. Should be an adventure to say the least. Am totally psyched to go to the first night of four gigs that I'll be going to this time. Hope to update the site while here in the UK with daily comments.
