How damon's thirst for knowledge can lead to our edification...

Third and fourth week of February 1999

"It's difficult to believe that we're discussing a Labour Government introducing a learning tax on students."

I'm sure you've all heard about this fiasco and how damon provided his two cents worth on the issue of free education for all in the UK. It's a system that has worked over the years and why fix it if it ain't broke, was the reasoning behind damon and other like-minded people. The Labour Party had let many people down as a result because what they tried to do, and ultimately succeeded in doing, went against the grain of what they had stood for, hithertofore.

So what does the Labour Party stand for nowadays? How was it born and what were some of the things that it championed? Who was the grand-daddy of the Labour Party anyway? How has the Party evolved over the years? The answer to these and many other questions await you in cyberspace.

a Fabian, although his acolytes were called Shavians-go figure.
If the final words of the Communist Manifesto don't get to you,
might as well hang the hat and call it a day. Enjoy your reading
