Well, this is damon talking about his experience in BRITGIRL's current abode of Washington, D.C. Thank heavens the guy with the gun was just showing off and did not intend to harm blur. This town used to be the murder capital of the United States, but things have simmered down and the only crime that we hear of nowadays is of the politico-sexual kind.
