The main factor which limits the number of planes for use in FS2002 is the number of gates.  Since only a certain number of airplanes can park at the gates for any given period of time, the number of aircrafts has to be reduced.

More to come.  The highly detailed Project Airbus A320 will be released soon and it seems that they would include an A320 in PAL livery.  Watch out for it.
