FS Freeware - FS add-on site.  Also lots of easy to search downloadable files.  Features the number of times a file has been downloaded.

AVSIM - "Where flight simulation enthusiasts gather around the world."  Offers FS2002 add-ons and much more.

FS Planet - FS add-on site.  Claiming that only the best files for FS are posted.  Features a star rating system.  A bit hard to search for files though.

Project OpenSky - "High quality freeware aircraft for Microsoft Flight Simulator."  Indeed, this site offers the highest detailed FS aircraft for free.

Project Airbus - Freeware aircraft for FS2002 specializing in Airbus.
