The mystery of redemption of our death

| VIII. Mysterium redemptionis mortis nostrae. The mystery of the redemption
of our death. Pray for us, Holy Mother of God, now and at the hour of
our death. The five elements melt one after another into Voidness; the
deep blue seed syllable Hung carries consciousness towards eternity in
the company of the sky-going angels; the grace of Christ embraces all
suffering and meaninglessness and fear; death is conquered by death, the
Risen One tramples down death and harrows hell. His Precious Blood washes
the skull of Adam and the bone of Eve; charnel ground ashes become adornments
of his triumphal procession through the gates of pearl and gold. Hell's
flames and heaven's azure winds are glimpsed behind the Doors. Lift up,
o gates, your heads; grow higher ancient doors ... the King of Glory enters. |
