Q: Can I order home furnishings online at this site?
A: At this time this internet site is dedicated to providing additional customer service to Furniture Studio patrons.  All purchases and price quotes are made at the location in Detroit.
Q: If I have ordered furniture already, can I check delivery status at this site?
A: Yes.  If you click on the customer services button and login, you may check on the status of your Furniture Studio order.
Q: I need to schedule a service call. Can I do that from this site?
A: Yes.  Scheduling a service call is easy.  Click on Customer Services, login and follow the directions.  We will send you an email confirmation to let you know we’ve received your request.
Q: I don’t like to disclose my email address. What do I do?
A: Email addresses are confidential information to Furniture Studio.  We will not sell this information or solicit you with needless information by email. Once in awhile we may have a private sale offer or special event we would like to invite you to, but those are special rewards for our customers.
