Seishi Ability: Hatsui can stir up snow into avalanches, storms, or just small gusts. He also seems to have some talent at fencing with an icicle. ^^;

Skills and Abilities: Hatsui likes to sketch and paint, he is rather skilled at playing the ocarina.

Personality: Hatsui is quiet and withdrawn around strangers, a bit insecure. He can be quite chummy and talkative around people he's known for a while. Hatsui is generally happier when he's left alone. He often scolds himself for things he couldn't have helped and doesn't relate well to people.

History: Hatsui was born in Yuki Hana Manor, his mother was one of Lord Hiro's concubines and when he was born Hiro was livid with rage that his only son would be born to a concubine. Lira took care of Hatsui with no help from his father, Hiro wanted to have the boy gotten rid of. When he was 10, Hatsui discovered his Seishi powers, he was angry at some of the stablehands for making fun of his mother and he unknowingly bombarded them with snow. Lord Hiro heard of the incident, and believing Nishi's powers to be evil, forbid himto ever return. Against his father's wishes, Nishi returned often and trying to be unnoticed kept a low profile. When he was about 13 he was caught mocking Lord Hiro and was tossed out again, he lived in a nearby village and took care of himself for the next 5 years.
