We're all expecting this second version of FS to eventually have just as many characters as the original FS. Here's a little blurb about each character currently in FS, as well as their authors' email and a link to their character stats page, if any exists. This list is only for PCs, or Player Characters. There are probably going to be many other NPCs (Non Player Characters) who will show up in the story, but will not be played by anyone in particular, so won't have character profiles or anything.
Byakko no Miko: Shukeiyen Ayuru -- Stronger than she looks, she enjoys music and art. A cold exterior hides a kind and giving heart, and she finds it hard to make friends because of her past. [character profile | author's email] Amefuri / Kuro Tenshi -- An ethereally beautiful young woman with an unusual heritage. She hides from others in the forest. [character profile | author's email] Karasuki / Feng Chi -- Her insane twin brother left her with no other family left. Now she wanders, earning a living by watching after children. She has some power over plants and some healing abilities. [character profile | author's email] Kayo / Sarin Tasu -- A wandering weaver with the power to control lightning and thunder. He is haunted by the death of his sister and hopes protecting his miko will aleviate his guilt. [character profile | author's email] Kokie / Hayaishi Seikage -- An ex-brothel girl turned ninja. She has a cool exterior hiding a wild personality. Though unpredictable, she remains in control of her actions. [character profile | author's email]
Toroki / Zhang Ye -- A farmer who also acts as a therapist with a fondness for relating situation to trees -- a "Tree Shrink," as his sisters call him. He has powers over fire. [character profile | author's email]
Suzaku no Miko: Kagetsu Kito -- Born into one of the oldest and largest families in Japan, Kito was raised with a sense of strong sense of responsibility towards her family. She is mature for her age, yet she is also naive. [character profile | author's email]
Chichiri / Shin hae -- She's a skilled assassin and bounty hunter, skilled in using many different weapons. [character profile | author's email] Hotohori / Kono Unmei -- An introverted wandering swordswoman, disguised as a swordsman, who will help people in need, even though she prefers to be alone. Mitsukake / Shinjo Inari -- An Imperial Guard of Kounan. He has waited his whole life for Suzaku no Miko to appear. Has the power of animal empathy. [ character profile | author's email] Nuriko -- Though a Mt. Leikaku Bandit, she is friendly, naive, and has a good natured personality. Skilled in the shuriken, she has her natural quickness heightened by her seishi gifts of swiftness and teleportation. [character profile | author's email]
Seiryuu no Miko: Amber Laike -- A student from America who is on a research trip. Is wary of people, but once she considers someone a friend, she's fiercely loyal. [character profile | author's email] Amiboshi / Mengzi -- A shy and gentle intellectual with an angelic face. [character profile | author's email] Ashitare -- A wanderer who likes to carve. [author's email] Miboshi / Kisho Sakura -- A harem girl since the age of 7, she is a quiet loner who is efficient in her tasks. She has a temper she's working on controlling, and though she enjoys being alone, she finds comfort in talking with others. [character profile | author's email] Nakago / Senritsu Hakai -- A mercenary with a cold exterior, but who's passionate and longing to be understood. [character profile | author's email]
Suboshi / Senritsu Koroshi -- Though seemingly egotistical, it is mere a front for deep emotional pain. Calculating in character, he always remains logical, weighing the odds in any fight. [character profile | author's email]
Arashi "Akuma" Tenshi -- He's a half-Japanese, half-American living in Tokyo. He's had a difficult family life, and is a bit cold as a result, but he still has a big heart, and a special place in it for his half-sister, Kiko. [character page | author's email]
Hiroshi -- A friend of Kiyuki's who works at a ramen shop across the street from the sushi shop Kiyuki works at. He loves to hunt for odds & ends, or what he calls treasure. [author's email] Eagle -- An assassin for a group of believers of the new religion. His gender is difficult to tell, and he'll occasionally use this ambiguity to his advantage. As the 29 year-old cousin to the Emperor and his younger brother Yuuchi, he felt that he should have been rightfully made the Western Emperor instead of the younger Yuuchi. Ambitious and conniving, he made a deal with one who would aspire to be the "true god" -- he would be given the title of Western Emperor and in return would work to convert people to believe in the one "true god." [author's email] Kamimoto Nozomi -- The niece of the National Library's head librarian, she hates big cities but has moved to Tokyo because of a job opening. She's infatuated with ancient China and can even read texts written in ancient Chinese. Lin Han -- The Crown Prince of Hokkan, who seems all too eager to inherit the throne. [author's email] Liu Hikane -- Royal Advisor of the late Emperor. He is a clever, cunning man, skilled in the subtle art of manipulating situations to his own advantage. He is also a skilled warrior. He has a soft spot in his heart reserved only for his wife, Soune. [character profile | author's email] Liu Soune -- The young, silent wife of the Royal Advisor, Liu Hikane -- silent because she is afraid. Despite being a still a child deep inside, she is skilled at listening, remembering, and using her innocent appearance to her advantage. The one joy in her life is that of song. [character profile | author's email] Midori -- The young Emperor of Kutou. He likes to disguise himself as a commoner and run the streets of Keiji, Kutou's capitol city. [character page | author's email] Teiran -- An albino monk who happens to be a fanatic of the "one true god." Is stationed in Eiyou where he preaches the message of his god. [author's email] Toren Ling -- This quiet, friendly man owns a bookstore in Tolan. He misses living with his family back in Sailou, his homeland. Recently, his shop has become quite a draw for remarkable strangers. Genbu no Miko: Nenaii Kiyuki -- She loves sci-fi and is adept at martial arts; she also goes to a special school for the deaf. [
Hatsui / Toko Nishi -- Estranged from his father since birth and thrown out in belief that his seishi powers are evil, Hatsui is the only son of Yuki Hana Manor's Lord Hiro. Happier when alone, he doesn't relate well to people. [
Inami / Jin Lan -- A quiet and thoughtful person who's been moving from country to country. She has powers over the frozen winds of her homeland as well as enhanced speed. [
Kataku / Ro Maiya -- An independant woman who uses her temper to hide her insecurity. She has no patience for children, and her son often gets neglected because of this. She loves to collect things, and is somewhat of a packrat. [
Namame / Kouru Hirashu -- A scholar whose life revolves around his father's whims, he is a patient, logical man. He feels drawn towards worship of Genbu, though he doesn't know why, and is searching for a way to be free of his current life. [
Tomite / Natasha Tzigane -- Ran away from home years ago and joined up with a band of gypsies. He's incredibly skilled at music, both instrumental and vocal, and can even use his talent to influence the world around him. [
Tsuki / Kita Oroshi -- An orphan who was raised by a clan living far to the north in Hokkan. He's shy and polite, but can be overcome by his anger. [ 
Urumiya / Liu Hia Shan -- A young girl who loves her freedom. Misses her sister, who passed away a year ago and who was the only one who could make her laugh. [
Tatara / Karasuki Mamoru -- He trained for twelve years under Taiitsu-kun herself, and his powers include telepathy and telekinesis. [
Kinyoumi / Li Jin Feng -- A scatterbrained illusionist with a terrible temper. Her Baachan despairs of her ever gaining the necessary mental control to completely master her powers. [
Tamahome / Ling Kou -- A shy girl, who can communicate with ghosts. While self-assured when circumstances demand it, she can be incredibly self-conscious. [
Tasuki / Hidama Sano -- This sad and lonely wanderer, skilled at Kung Fu and with the ability to cast fireballs, has a tragic past. [
Soi / Shinigami Kenjou -- A young man with the ability to mimic his opponents' powers. [
Tomo / Rei -- A loner who is in search of his long lost twin sister. Though distanced from the world, he still lives quite passionately, and isn't one to let a little something like the arrival of a miko to get in his way. [
Taiitsu-kun -- She who lives at the centre of the world, atop Mt. Taikyoku, shrouded in illusions that only the pure of heart can pierce. Her knowledge is vast, her power beyond comprehension; she is known as the creator of the world. Fat chance getting her to help the seishis and mikos in their quests....
Banrai -- One of the notorious Mt. Leikaku bandits, as adept at pickpocketing as he is agile with a sword. However, he was driven to a life of banditry by circumstances beyond his control. [
