This lasts from 40 minutes to one hour, sometimes more for the first consultation. The treatment will usually be acupuncture, possibly with one of the additional therapies outlined below. After the treatment Suzanne will discuss the prognosis, give advice and recommend any herbal medicines, if appropriate.

This consists of a 20 minute detailed history-taking and traditional Chinese diagnosis. Instructions on taking the herbs will be given.
