The easiest way to change to view to full screen mode is by clicking the full screen icon on the [NPED AllApps] toolbar.   This is unexpectly a perminate change.

Go the the shortcut on click with the right mouse key on the click when on Properties.

Click on the tab [Screen]

The setting will be on Full-screen.  Change it to Window by clicking on the Windows radio button.

Now click on Apply to save the change and then on OK to exit the properties dialog.
