Right mouse click on the Shortcut and select Properties.

Click on the Program Tab

You will the the Run pulldown pointing to Normal windws

Select the dropdown arrow the see the list.
Choose Maximized.

Click the Apply button at the bottom and when it dims
Click th OK button.
