newusage.exe creates to output text files
Pederror.txt - This is a key
file. It shows birds who's data integrity is in question. I
find this most often when I was entering pedigrees on new birds and
missed an important relationship. It happens when you have entered the sire
and dam in a pedigree and then delete the sire or dam from the database.
Candelete.txt - The
usage.exe saves 3 generations of decendents of active or onhold
birds. I wanted a list which
would only save these children if the have an entry in the win fields.
If the bird is not active and has no win I really do not want to keep
it in the database.
There is enoff risk of not identifying the birds correctly that I will
not delete them programatically.
