The following changes should be made to both the [ NPED All Apps ] and the [ NPED Limited ] short cuts

Find the shortcut in the application folder.
Click on the shortcut name with the right mouse button.
Select ( click on ) the Properties item.

When the properties dialog open click on the Program Tab.

Notice the values in the [ Cmd line; ] and Working.
Both must be changes to point to you application folder where NPED is installed.

Change the Values for  [Cmd line: ] and [ Working ] to point the you application directory.
The example below assumes NPED is installed into the directory C:\Work
When the entries are changed the Apply button will be active.
Click on [ Apply ] the click on [ OK ] to fix and exit the shortcut dialog.
