Where does support for the Village Concept come from ?  Well, there is one place that it does NOT come from.  That area is the 400 meter, major impact zone around the development.  

The map below shows in RED the area residents who signed the Petition in favour of retaining the current of RS-6 zoning for Single Family Residential use of the property.  In GREEN are those area residents in favour of the Village Concept.



The residents in White either were not at home when canvassed (> 90% of cases) or were undecided at that time (< 10%).
