Blues Pearl

In addition to guitar repair I also sell amplifiers by Blues Pearl. The reason that I sell Blues Pearl is because I really believe that they are the best guitar amp value that I've seen in years. All amps are hand-wired point-to-point with real quality parts. There are no "pre-wired components" or circuit boards in this amp. Finger jointed pine cabinets and Reissue Jensen speakers , three knob reverb onboard, and a 5 year guarantee. I know that if Leo was alive that he would be saying "I wish Fender was still this good".

Several models are available:

Texas Tornado: The "Prince of the Line"

Two 6V6 w/your choice of 1x12" Jensen C12R or 2x10" Jensen C10Rs. Real tone reminiscent of the Deluxe Reverb. Just plainly classy. These are 20 "real watts" of good horsepower. 5AR4 tube rectifier, single channel with two differently voiced inputs. You might want one of these just for recording if you play larger amps on the job.

Verbrasonic:

A real working amp for those who need to be able to "stick it" on club gigs night after night but still want a small compact unit. Two 6L6 powered for the professional who might not have as much support from a PA system. Two C10Q Jensen speakers easily handle the power and still give the "tone on the edge" feel. Lots of room with this amp. You shouldn’t have to play this on 10, but if you did you'd still be right in there. Reminds me of the brown-face Fender Super of the early 60’s. 5AR4 rectifier, single channel, two inputs.

Diablo:

What a horse! Modeled after the '64 Super Reverb, this amp can cook for those gigs that set you apart from the others. I recommend a foot petal if you want to get a little nasty. This is a very clean power unit. Four Jensen C10Q speakers put out a lot of sound. Two channels with volume, treble, middle, bass and three knob reverb (which operates on both sides). 40 very real watts!

Bluesmaster:

A 3x10 brown face concert influenced model. This amp breaks up a little for those who like the "tube dirty" that makes an authentic blues style sound. Powered like the Diablo with plenty of room. Also now available with 1x10" & 1x12" for those who like a little more "oomph"!

Dos Hombre:

The newest addition to the Blues pearl line. A four 6V6 powered "tone generator" matched with two Jensen 12" speakers. TONE –– PLUS –– POWER. This amp is only available by special order and is in very limited numbers. Comes with two full channels (reverb works on both sides) and is standard with a half power switch for smaller gigs or recording. Makes one think of an early white-faced Twin with more tone.
