The Archeological Museum
The museum includes finds from Galaxidi and the edjacent areas as well as items raised from the sea. Some of the most important exhibits are: Early Helladic vase. Hydria (water jar) found in the area of a shipwreck, in the sea off Galaxidi. Red-figure pelike. It bears painted representations on both sides: a man and a youth are depicted on the first, a woman and a youth are depicted on the other. The work is attributed to the Syrakousae painter. The Girls' School of Galaxidi
The "Parthenagogion" was built in 1880. Until 1929 it served as a school for girls. It has been declared a historical building to be preserved. Both facade and ground floor have been repaired. Today the building houses the theatre of the Municipality.
