Following her stint has a model and a failing actress, as well has that infamous Bikini Magazine Spread (man I would love to have a copy!), Jade became part of a new superteam called Blood Pack. The team consisted of Meta-Humans that got their powers as a result of the Bloodlines crisis, when these parasites invaded the earth and started sucking out the spinal fluid out of humans. In some of the victims, the stress triggered off their inert Metagenes (the gene that can give people superpowers, kinda like the mutants of the Marvel Universe), while the rest of them became mindless zombies bent on carnage, the surviving people were referred to as New Bloods.

A television network decided to create a team of New Bloods, so they could film the team has they went and did heroic things (this idea was later taken up slightly by Marvel's Thunderbolts to gain publicity for different reasons). The Producers also hired Jade to become their trainer, due to her experience in both superheroics and acting (has it was said before, you've gotta know how to fight and look good at the same time), and was later promoted to the team's Manager just before their break up. During this time Jennie called Jack Knight, otherwise known at the time has Starman, to investigate the reappearence of Solomon Grundy in Opal City (Starman #10), and was part .

The Producers where actually a race of aliens setting out to conquer earth (which isn't very unusual), and was actually using the show to hypnotize all those coach potatoes out there. They were only using the heroes has propaganda to make people watch the show. The Bloods found this out when they discovered that the shows showed different out comes to the actual. The Bloods revolted against the producers and escaped, so instead they started using CGI (Computer Generated Imaginary for the simple folk out there) of them instead.

After the Bloods defeated the alien forces, they apparently just simply drifted apart (what a huge let down to find that this out). Jade decided to give in the superhero gig, and decided to become a photographer and move to New York, where she moved in with Kyle Rayner.
