Grounds Fees

Gathering of up to 100 guests, for up to 4 hours: $800

Additional hours (when available): $100

Damage deposit (refundable): $275

Deposit to hold your date (non-refundable): $150

A 50% deposit is required at the time you book your event.

 

Policies

Liquor may be served if the client obtains proper liquor licenses and permits required by Washington State / Kitsap County agencies, ordinances, and laws.

Animals are not permitted on the premises at any time.

Guests must comply with the Kitsap County Noise Ordinance by avoiding loud music or excessive noise.

Birdseed, rice, confetti, or similar items may not be thrown or used.

Candles used for decorating must be within reach and under control at all times. Candles must be kept in safe containers and must not leave drippings on any surface.

Arrival time for setup and preparations must not be prior to 8 A.M. on Saturdays or 9 A.M. on Sundays.

Parking is limited. Your guests will park their own vehicles under direction of Kings' Garden personnel.

Sales tax of 8.5% and gratuity of 18% are not included in menu prices and will be added to your total statement.

A 50% deposit is required when you book your party, and full payment is required before the event.

A final guest count must be made one week prior to your event. You will be charged for the full number of guests even if some do not attend. Extra guests will be served and charged at the regular rate if extra food is available.

Cancellations

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the event, 25% of the estimated bill will be charged.

For cancellations within 10 days prior to the event, 50% of the estimated bill will be charged.

For cancellations within 5 days prior to the event, 100% of the estimated bill will be charged.

All deposits are non-refundable.
