Interesting Features: The most interesting feature is the belltower. It is over 80ft in height and has three gargoyles shaped like cannons.
Personal Observations: Ballytore Castle is a beautiful building. The church that has resided in it for almost 40 years has taken wonderful care of it. They remodeled the "front" of the building into a front facade. The cannon gargoyles were left intact. I depated with myself whether to include these gargoyles or not. I have finally decided that no one has ever said that gargoyls HAD to be creatures or people.
